HOW TO BE QUALIFIED FOR AWARDS

  • Marketing Executives must be registered for the Conference and Awards Gala no later than 15 January 2025 to qualify for an Award.
  • Marketing Executives must be present at the time of the award ceremony.
  • Marketing Executives qualify for recognition based on their Status as of December 31, 2024 and must be in good standing at Melaleuca when calculating and awarding the awards. Melaleuca reserves the right to establish criteria for a level if necessary.
  • You must register for the conference via your own account - if for any reason you buy a conference ticket from another Marketing Executive, you must contact the Sales Department of Melaleuca and have it transferred to your account.

CUSTOMER LOYALTY:

Awarded to the top marketing executives with the highest 12-month average customer retention rate and the highest new Preferred Customer Additions in the organization.

Growth of personal Directors 3:

Award for Marketing Executives with the largest net increase in personal Directors 3.

Managers with the greatest growth:

Directors: Awarded to Directors with the highest new Preferred Customer Additions in the organization and the highest number of new personally developed Directors with an average personal customer retention rate of 90% or more in any 12 month period.

Senior Directors: Awarded to Senior Directors with the highest new Preferred Customer Additions in the organization and the highest number of new Personally Developed Directors with an average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 90% or more in any 12 month period.

Executive Directors : Awarded to Executive Directors with the highest new Preferred Customer Additions in the organization and the highest number of new Personally Developed Directors 3 with an average personal customer retention rate of 90% or more in any 12 month period.

Business Builder Award

Award to Top Marketing Executives with the highest number of active and preferred Customers in their organisation who have also developed a new personal Director and who have an average 12-month personal customer retention rate of 90% or higher.

Management growth

Award for Marketing Executives with the most personal Senior Directors or Executive Directors who have an average personal customer retention rate of at least 90% over 12 months.

FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Awarded to Marketing Executives with the highest average organization product points per customer, without a Value Pack.

Increase in preferred customers

Award of Top Marketing Executives with the highest new growth (less mergers (roll-ups)) among preferred customers in the organisation and an average personal customer retention rate of at least 90% over 12 months.

Half Century Club

Awarded to Marketing Executives with between 50 and 99 personally registered Active and Preferred Customers as of 31 December 2024. Inherited Customers are not taken into account.

Growth of personal Directors

Awarded to Marketing Executives with the highest number of Personal Directors.

Managers in motion

Awarded to New & Advancing Senior Directors Awarded to all Executive Directors and above.

Advancement of personally recruited Customers

Award of Top Marketing Executives with the highest number of personally enroled Customers who become a Director and above and who have an average personal customer retention rate of at least 90% over 12 months.

MOST SUCCESSFUL ENROLLERS

Awarded to Marketing Executives who have the most new Personal Preferred Customers and an average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 90% or more in any 12 month period.

BONUS FOR CRUCIAL ACTIVITIES

Directors
Will be awarded to Directors who have earned the Critical Activity Bonus (CAB) bonus 6 times or more during the Qualification Period.
Senior Directors
Will be awarded to Senior Directors who have earned the Critical Activity Bonus (CAB) bonus 6 times or more during the Qualification Period.
Executive Directors and above
Will be awarded to Executive Directors who have earned the Critical Activity Bonus (CAB) bonus 6 times or more during the Qualification Period.

Growth of Directors 3 in the organisation

Awarding of Top Marketing Executives with the highest number of Directors 3 eligible for commission and beyond and an average personal customer loyalty rate of at least 90% over 12 months.

Marketing Executive of the Year

Award to the Marketing Executive, who is the number 1 manager in the President's Club.

Team of the Year

Assigned to the best business in the President's Club.
