The Mountain Cabin Premium Coffee - India, from the Hidden Farms Edition, comes from the Idukki region near the city of Kerala. It was processed by the Manarcadu Social Service Society (MASS), a cooperative founded in 2001. The coffee beans are picked by hand from October to December at a height of 1,525 metres. The goal of the cooperative is to help farmers adapt to sustainable agricultural practises. This is intended to improve their living costs and at the same time contribute to a better environment. This coffee is characterised by its larger beans and better quality in the drink.
