How to Use Your
Loyalty Shopping Rewards

To purchase an item with Loyalty Shopping Rewards, simply place the item in your shopping cart and click the checkbox next to "Purchase with Loyalty Shopping Rewards." The points and price of those items will then be removed from your shopping cart. Remember, you must meet your monthly product point commitment in order to check out with your Loyalty Shopping Reward purchases.

Most Melaleuca products can be purchased with Loyalty Shopping Rewards. Loyalty Shopping Rewards are not earned on Backup or Select Pack Orders.

• WHEN CHECKING OUT

  If you want to check out, click on " Purchase with Loyalty Shopping Rewards ".

• Shopping Cart CHECK

  After you have clicked on "Purchase with Loyalty Shopping Rewards", the price and the Points will be crossed out and the discount displayed.

• IMPORTANT TO KNOW

  Products for which the Loyalty Shopping Rewards have been redeemed,
  do not count to your monthly Product Points commitment.
  
  The Loyalty Shopping Rewards can not be redeemed for processing and shipping costs or VAT.
  
  When you redeem your Loyalty Shopping Rewards, a Usage fee of € 1 due.
  
  You must meet your Product Point commitment in order to check out with Loyalty Shopping Rewards purchases.

Other Programme Terms

Loyalty Shopping Rewards cannot be used to purchase specials, packs, products without points, discounted items, and sales aids; or to pay for shipping, handling or taxes.

The loyalty bonus can only be redeemed with the usage fee of € 1 and if the minimum number of Product Points are met. The corresponding processing and shipping costs as well as VAT continue to apply. For products for which the loyalty bonus has been redeemed in whole or in part, no Product Points credited.

At the time of cancellation or discontinuation of Preferred Customer status, Preferred Customers will forfeit all Loyalty Shopping Rewards in their account.

Melaleuca reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Shopping Rewards programme without notice at any time.

How to Earn Loyalty Shopping Rewards

• 20% will be credited to you if you are between the 1st and 25th Day of Month
• New Preferred Customers will be awarded 20% Loyalty Shopping Rewards for any order placed online in their month of enrolment, regardless of the date the order is placed.

Example calculation:
Placing a 71 point order online before the 25th earns you € 14.20 Loyalty Shopping Rewards (71 Product Points x 20%).
